I figure, the rich get a 600 million dollar tax break, Real Estate gets it's 421 without low income housing, and rent regulation wind up being extended without change... :(
ReplyDeleteThe show, every elected official is a raging progressive who fights to tenants rights and has the political will to stand up and call out the greedy landlords, all in public. In private, they give the real estate lobby all they paid for in campaign contributions tax breaks, special deals etc.
